Multi-Follow Up Learning Plans
What happens if a learner does not complete a Learning Plan?
The next follow-up Learning Plan is not assigned. Learners must complete the current Learning Plan before progressing to the next one.
Can learners access a follow-up Learning Plan before completing the previous one?
No. Follow-up Learning Plans are not available to learners until the preceding Learning Plan has been completed and the next assignment is issued.
Are follow-up Learning Plans tracked separately?
Yes. Each Learning Plan is issued as a separate assignment with its own completion tracking.
How are relative due dates calculated?
For Relative Date Learning Plans, the relative dates are calculated from the date the follow-up Learning Plan is assigned to the learner.
Do administrators have to manually assign each Learning Plan?
No. Once the sequence is configured, the system automatically assigns the next follow-up Learning Plan when the learner completes the preceding Learning Plan.
Can I use Multi-Follow Up Learning Plans for prerequisite training?
Yes. Multi-Follow Up Learning Plans are designed to help enforce prerequisite-based training by preventing learners from progressing to subsequent Learning Plans until required preceding training is completed.
