This feature limits which learning plans are visible to Admins in Manager Learning Plans, and subsequently who can subscribe users or make changes to the plan. This article reviews how the feature works, admin credentials and special considerations, and how to enable the feature.
Note: As a best practice, when using this feature ensure communication to Admins of the Learning Plan worksites.
Learning Plan Listing
When enabled, this feature updates the learning plan list to show only plans visible to the worksite(s) admins supervise. This helps keep the list organized and makes it easier to customize training by worksite.
Worksites designated to learning plans can be viewed by clicking on the blue icon next to the worksite number in the Worksite column. Diamond Admins will be able to see all learning plans regardless of worksite(s) designated in the Learning Plan Visibility feature.
Admin Credentials and Considerations
Learning Plans details, such as plan dates, activities and subscriptions can only be edited by admins who supervise selected worksites. To limit access to learning plan details, consider our Restrict Editing Option.
Silver and up administrators can enable and apply this feature to their supervisory work sites. There are some considerations for enabling this feature for learning plans that have already been made and new learning plans that are being created. Diamond Admins will be able to see all learning plans regardless of worksite(s) designated using the Learning Plan Visibility feature.
