The Version History feature in Playbook Courses offers a comprehensive view of a course's previous and current published versions. This capability is essential for tracking changes, reviewing past content for training verification, and providing essential documentation during audits. Access and Review Version History
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Course Details page by selecting the course you're interested in.
- Click on Version History to open it.
- The Version History page lists all the published versions of the course. Each version includes a number, publication date, the user who published it, and notes about the update.

- Click on any version to explore the notes and changes introduced in that particular update.
Print Version Notes and Course Outline
- Locate a print icon within the Version History area to print.
- The print-out will:
- Replicate the content builder's structured outline view
- Includes icons—play icons for videos and document icons for written materials
