Unarchiving a Playbook course makes it visible again in the app, in Job Qualifications, in Learning Plans, and in eLearning. Any admin with Silver access or higher can archive Playbook courses. If the course is available to more than one worksite you will also need access to all the worksites to unarchive the course.
How to Unarchive Playbook Courses in Manager
- Navigate to Activities, then Courses.
- Click on
Filter icon next to the search bar.
- Scroll to the bottom, check the box for including Archived Courses, and click Apply.
- The course listing will update to include Archived courses. Select the Playbook course title that needs to get unarchived.
- You can archive from the Course Listing or by clicking on the blue
icon to view Course details.
- You can archive from the Course Listing or by clicking on the blue
- Click Unarchive, then Confirm you want to unarchive the Playbook course.
