Adding Features
Whether you need to add users, groups, activities or learning plans, Manager offers a simple way to recognize how to an item in Manager. To add additional items to Manager, follow the steps below.
- Navigate through the Manager menu.
- To add an item within the various sections of Manager, select the button on the bottom right side of the screen.
- Enter the required information based on the Manager component you are adding.
- Prompts and details are dependent on the Manager feature you are adding.
Show Selected Feature
Manager has the functionality to select multiple records simultaneously for the purpose of adding them to a Manager feature. The steps below provide a how-to for selecting multiple records, review your list of records and reset.
- Upon logging into Manager, the Show Selected feature will appear grey.
- Begin by clicking on the checkbox next to the record from the listing to enable this feature.
- As additional checkboxes are selected, the Show Selected number will increase to reflect the records selected.
- To view only the selected records, click on Show Selected, and the listing will refresh to list only the selected records.
- To reset, select Show All, and the listing will refresh to the default settings.
