Report Types
Manager is equipped with two reports that provide comprehensive data management. The Report Key provided below identifies the specific reports.
Report Key:
| SMART Reports are indicated by a logo. A date and time indicate what training activities can be aggregated. | |
| Legacy Reports do not include a logo. Activity data can be aggregated in real time. |

*You can save your Smart Reports to refer back to later on. This is especially useful if you have specific filters/columns used for different courses, groups, and/or Learning Plans. Multiple report views can be saved. This function is profile specific, and can only be viewed by the profile user. Reporting Best Practices
Scheduling
- Consider who will benefit from receiving a scheduled report
- We recommend adding an End Date when scheduling a report to ensure reports are sent to the appropriate user and that report content reflects your organizational needs.
- Use SMART report features, such as the filters, and refresh a report to confirm the output preferences and information before scheduling.
Groups
- Consider creating groups, subscribing them to Learning Plans, and running Learning Plan reports.
- Create groups to run reports on specific set of users and run reports to obtain essential training data.
- Use organization-wide naming conventions when using groups to help organize your reporting data.
