Smart Reports provide a comprehensive way to manage and analyze your data, focusing on common features such as filters and column customization. This article guides you through accessing report settings, using filters to refine data, and customizing columns to display the most relevant information.
Note: The training record in these reports do not reflect data in real-time due to the data warehouse that is used to report on them. Data warehouses like this report on large datasets, very quickly. The tradeoff for the fast performance of reports is that it can take some time to groom the data to be optimized for speed.

Report Settings
- To expand the setting options, select the disclosure triangle to the right of FILTER or COLUMN.

- To close report settings, click the X to the left of REPORT SETTINGS.
- To open it again, click on REPORT SETTINGS on the top right corner.
Using Filter Options
Filters let you narrow down your data to show only what you need. This makes it easier to find and analyze specific information. You can use simple filters to see basic data or advanced filters for more detailed reports.
Adjust the filters by:
- Choosing from the menus
- Selecting or de-selecting the boxes
Using Group Filter
In addition to report filters, the Group Filter option allows you to report and analyze on specific subgroups.
- Choosing from the Filters section in reports, select Group Filter
- Choose from available group types, by selecting the blue arrow.
- Make your selected, then Apply.
- You will see the selected group in the Filters section.
- To delete the group, select the red x.
- To delete the group, select the red x.
Customizing Column Settings
Customizing column settings allows you to choose which pieces of data to display in your reports. You can add, remove, or rearrange columns to highlight the most important information.
- Select or de-select the columns to be visible on the report.
- To reorder columns, drag and drop the 6-dot icon to the left of the column title.
