This feature allows you to copy an administrator's properties to a new or existing admin. Offering a way to efficiently grant similar admin privileges to users without recreating the role from scratch. Using this feature will add new admin properties to the user's current ones, if any, rather than deleting them. This feature is recorded in the users history log. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature.

Admin Credentials
This feature can be used and is accessible by Diamond and Platinum administrators. Diamond and Platinum admins can copy admin levels that are shown in the table below:

Platinum admins will be able to copy Gold, Silver, and Copper administrators and properties based on their supervisory worksite access. For more information about admin levels, refer to our Access Levels and Access Levels with Diamond Access articles.
The following properties can be copied using this feature:
- Admin role - the admin role, and add-on abilities
- Note: Your admin add-on rights determine which add-on roles are copied to the user.
- Worksites - the administering worksites
- Groups - the administering groups.
- Note: Groups that you admin will be copied to the User.
Copy Admin Properties for a New User or New Admin
- Navigate to User and admins listing and click on the

- Make the user an Admin by enabling the Administrator toggle.
- Select Yes, when prompted to copy an administrators detail.
- Select the admin you would like details copied from by clicking within the Admin to Copy field.
- Select the admin you want to copy, then select Apply.
- Note: Platinum admins will be able to view and select from Gold, Silver, and Copper administrators based on their supervisory worksite access. Diamond admins will view and can select from Platinum, Gold, Silver and Copper admins.
- Select the checkboxes for the details you want to copy, then select Apply.
- Note: By selecting Admin role, the admin roles along with the add-on abilities will be copied.
- At the confirmation message, select Continue, then Save your changes when redirected to the Users properties.
After confirmation, these changes will be applied to the User immediately. While this feature is not reversible, Platinum and Diamond admins can manually change the admin role, add-on abilities, worksites and groups after performing this function. Copy Admin Properties for an Existing Admin User
- Navigate to User and admins listing and click on the user whose admin details you want to modify.
- Under Administrator details, select the Copy Admin Details icon.
- Select the admin you would like details copied from by clicking within the Admin to Copy field.
- Select the admin you want to copy, then select Apply.
- Note: Platinum admins will be able to view and select from Gold, Silver, and Copper administrators based on their supervisory worksite access. Diamond admins can select from Platinum, Gold, Silver and Copper admins.
- Select the checkboxes for the details you want to copy, then select Apply.
- Note: By selecting Admin role, add-on role(s) will also be copied.
- At the confirmation message, select Continue, then Save your changes when redirected to the Users properties.
After confirmation, these changes will be applied to the User immediately. While this feature is not reversible, Platinum and Diamond admins can manually change the admin role, add-on abilities, worksites and groups after performing this function.
