If you want to edit Alchemy Content to suit the needs of your worksite, import the Alchemy course into Creator. This will give you the ability to translate to different languages, include pictures of your worksite, and change the questions, among other edits.
Import Alchemy Content into Creator
Editable content is available through a login-enabled download function. This step requires Creator Admin access, set by either your Diamond Admin or Alchemy.
From the Alchemy Creator tab, select Import.
Select Download from the pop-up window.

Sign in to Alchemy Manager:
Customer Name: If your Alchemy Manager website is https://www.sistemlms.com/tastyfoods, your Customer Name is “tastyfoods”.
Username and Password: Same as your Alchemy Manager website login.
Store login information: Select to save your login for future downloads.
Choose a language and course.

Select Import.
If prompted, accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).
The import may take a few minutes.
Save the file and Edit to your specifications.
Edit Alchemy Point Slides and Questions
Once the Alchemy content is downloaded, select the Point or Question slide to be changed.

Adjust the following as needed (see starred areas in the picture below):
Slide Images: Edit or delete and insert new.
Manual Advance and Full Screen options: Select and deselect the boxes as needed.
Text and Voice Over: Edit text and re-record voice over with Creator or other software.
Note: • Identify how your edits affect the rest of the course - Example: Editing the slide text usually leads to re-recording the audio to match; however this will leave you with one vocally mismatched slide in your course.
Exporting the course
Click Export from the Creator Ribbon.

Choose eLearning video option.
Only appears if your course contains a video.
Yes: File will contain both full-sized Player version and compressed eLearning version.
No: File only contains full-sized Player version.

Save the file.
The file name will default to the PowerPoint name with the .sistem extension instead of pptx.
Only alphanumeric characters are allowed.
No special characters can be used in the file name.
The file will begin exporting.
Warning pop-ups: Slide Transitions / Animation / Hyperlinks are not supported by Creator.

View the course in Player
- From the Activities tab in Player, click the Download icon.
- The pop-up box will search for new courses, once the Sync Status is complete, select Next.
- Click the blue arrows next to the course(s) that you need in the Download Courses window, or select Download All.
- A full status bar with a green check next to the selected course indicates the course has been successfully downloaded.
The newly downloaded course(s) will now be available in the Activities tab in Player.
View the course in Playbook
- Sync the Playbook app with Manager.
- Navigate to Courses in Playbook.
- From here, find and select your course.
- It will give the option to Preview course or Train user.
- If you select Train user, it will take you to the Choose user page where you will select the user who will take the course for credit.
- Previewing a course will not create a transcript, and will not be recorded in Manager.
