Sign-in Instructions for Coach

This article provides step-by-step instructions for the initial and subsequent sign-in to Coach.

Note: The images below reflect those from an Ipad, however sign-in will appear similar on all approved Coach devices.

Initial Coach Device Set-Up

1. Open the Coach application.
2. Input the customer name (it can be found at the end of your Manager URL), click Next.
   • Coach is case sensitive, no spaces.
     
3. Enter your Manager credentials, click Sign In.
   
   
4. Verify the worksite. If you supervise more than one worksite, there will be multiple to choose from.
5. Create a 4-10 digit PIN (numbers only).
   • This will be required each time you login to Coach.
   • For PIN guidance, refer to our PIN Requirements article. 
     

Initial Username Set-up on Coach device

1. Open the Coach application.
2. Click on ADD ACCOUNT on the accounts page.
   
3. Enter your Manager credentials, click Sign In.
   
4. Create a 4-10 digit PIN (numbers only).
   • This will be required each time you login to Coach
   • For PIN guidance, refer to our PIN Requirements article.
     

Coach Sign-in Following Set-up

1. Open Coach on your device.
2. Choose your name on the accounts page.
3. Enter your PIN, then click Sign In. 
   • To sign into Coach for a different worksite, refer to our Changing Coach Device Worksite article.
