Publishing a Playbook Course Draft

Note: Once a course is created, it can only be viewed and edited by a Manager Admin who supervises the worksite. This ensures stronger content governance and collaboration at the worksite level, keeping drafts focused and secure until they are ready to be published.

Publish a draft in Playbook

1. From the home screen in Playbook, select Create & edit course.
2. Select Load draft course.
3. Choose the draft you would like to edit and publish.  
   
   • Only one administrator can edit a Playbook course at a time. If the course is locked, it will notify the admin attempting to open it.
     
4. Once the course loads, you will be able to edit, delete, move and add content, if needed:
   • To edit content, select the pencil icon .
   • To delete content, click the trash icon .
   • To add content, tap the ADD MORE icon at the bottom center of the screen . 
   • To move content, click on the six dots on upper left corner of each question. Then drag and drop to desired location. 
5. Click PUBLISH,  add Version Notes, then select Next. 
    

Publishing a draft in Manager

1. In Manager, navigate to Activities:
   • Navigate to Pending Courses.
     
     - OR -
   • Navigate to Courses, then click Playbook Course Builder on the top right. 
     
2. Select the Playbook draft you wish to edit.
   • Note: If another administrator is currently working on the draft, it will be locked for editing.
     
3. Once the course loads, you will be able to edit, delete, move and add content:
   • To edit content, select the pencil icon .
   • To delete content, click the trash icon .
   • To add content, tap the ADD MORE icon at the bottom center of the screen . 
   • To move content, click on the six dots on upper left corner of each question. Then drag and drop to desired location. 
4. Click PUBLISH, and add Version Notes, then select Next.
