Administrators with Diamond Access in Manager can see who directly supervises which users. If you have the HRIS, this information can come from your Human Resources data feed. If you do not have HRIS, this can be managed manually.

Add a Supervisor to a user’s profile
- Select a user in the Users and admins list.
- Under Supervisor options click Choose a supervisor.
- A list of supervisors in the site will appear, select the supervisor, then click APPLY.
- Only one supervisor may be selected.
- Only one supervisor may be selected.
Make a User a Supervisor
- Select a user in the Users and admins list
- Under Supervisor options select the toggle to Make user a supervisor.
- Choose the user(s) that the admin will directly supervise, click APPLY.
- The user does not need to have administrative access in Manager to be a supervisor.
- You can select multiple records.
Reports that Display Supervisors
Other than looking in a user’s profile, the direct supervisor can be seen in several SMART Reports. The following SMART reports have the supervisor column filter - Training Records Report, LP Progress Report, LP Subscription Status Report, LP Matrix Report, and Observation Status Report.
Note: At this time, Legacy Reports will not feature director Supervisor.
