How to Copy an Observation

Alchemy and Company Specific Observations can be copied. The observation copy can be edited and saved as a new observation. 

1. In Manager, navigate to Activities and select Observations.
2. Click the title of the Observation you wish to copy.
3. Click COPY on the bottom of the screen.
   
   
4. Edit the details of the Observation.
   • Change the name of the Observation Title.
     • Note: You are not required to change any of the details; the title, if not changed, will have "_1" at the end of the title.
   • Change the Language if you will be translating the Observation to a different language.
   • Select Link to existing observation parent if the observation grants credit as another observation.
5. Click ADD.
