Facilitator Login in Enrollment
Upon logging in through the Facilitator login, you are automatically assigned as the facilitator in the enrollment tab. To ensure audit readiness, the user will remain as the facilitator and cannot be replaced. This auto-assignment feature is exclusive to the facilitator login.
When Facilitator login is enabled, the facilitator can sign out of Player using the Sign Out button. The facilitator can sign out at any time prior to training facilitation. Once training has begun, the facilitator has the option to sign out at the Pause screen. To maintain the validity of training, Player will restart and the training activities and enrollment will need to be reestablished.
Facilitator Login Best Practice
As a best practice, Alchemy recommends a review of users with Facilitator add-on to ensure the appropriate users have access to this feature.
