Downloading Updates

Note: The download function allows you to pull any new user, course, or client information into Player.

Download Updates

1. Click the Admin Settings button located toward the top left corner of the screen
2. In the Records and Media Management Section, click Download
   
   
3. Select the types of updates you would like to download
   • The Users option will download any new users that have been entered into Manager and existing user data
   • The Activity List option will download any activity lists, tests, evaluations, and learning plans from Alchemy Manager
   • The Available Course Media option will check for available course media, both Alchemy or company-specific
4. Click Download, a message will appear indicating the status of the download
   
5. Updates for users and Courseware will be downloaded first
   • If Available Course Media is also selected to download updates, click Next to download the updates
6. The download window will refresh to display a list of the Available Course Media materials available
7. Press the download symbol next to each item you would like to download
8. Click the Download All button to download all available activities
9. Click Close when finished
