Note: RF remotes may be checked to verify if they are registered to a specific computer.
- Click the Admin Settings button located toward the top left corner of the screen
- In the Hardware Devices Section, click the Input Devices button
- To check if a remote is currently registered to a specific computer, click the Add/Remove button
- Click Identify
- Press and hold down the Registration button on a remote to determine if it is set up for use
- If a specific remote is currently registered to the computer, the number assigned to the remote will be displayed
- If a specific remote is not currently registered to the computer, a message will appear confirming the status of the remote along with a unique alpha-numeric identifier
- Click Close when finished
