Note: This option enables clients to view web content within Player while attendance and date / time information is tracked.
Create Course
- Navigate to Activities and select Courses
- Select the "+" button to create a new course
- In the course format menu select Company-specific (Player) file
- On top of the page click on Missing features? View legacy page
- Fill in ALL required fields.
- Select URL file delivery
- Enter an absolute URL (ex: https://www.alchemysystems.com)
- Optional fields:
- Choose a Parent Course (Recommended to leave "Automatically create a new parent")
- External ID
- Admin Notes
- Select Add
Playing a Company Specific Course (URL) in Player
- Launch Player
- Select Download at the opening of the Administrative Settings pop-up to ensure all available content is updated
- Navigate to the Activities tab and expand the Company Specific category
- Select the desired course and add to the Scheduled Activities
- Navigate to the Enrollment tab and enroll users in the course
- Navigate to the Play tab and select Play
- The URL will open in the designated browser for the training computer
