Once you have received your hardware, software, and training course materials, you're ready to begin setting up your base stations and radio-frequency (RF) remotes. This is an important step in preparing your system for use and ensuring everything is configured correctly before deployment.
Before You Begin
Before starting the installation, verify that you have received:
- All required hardware components, including your base stations and RF remotes
- The necessary software and licensing information
- Access to your training course or implementation resources
- Any required cables, power supplies, and accessories included with your shipment
If any items are missing or damaged, contact your Implementation Team member or our Support team before proceeding with the installation.
You will receive:
- Installer device: USB flash Drive or link
- RF Base Station
- USB Cord for RF Base Station

RF Remotes (batteries included) and Remote Bag
Set up:
- Install the Player Software on your computer by following the instructions provided on the Installer device.
- Configure Player to worksites that will require group based training with Player.
- Plug the RF Base Station to any available USB port on your computer using the provided USB cable. The necessary drivers for operating the base station and remotes will be loaded automatically by the Installer device.
- Mount the base station vertically on a tripod in the middle of the training room.

Launch the software by clicking on the Player icon on your computer’s desktop.
