Below is a diagram of a typical Alchemy course. Alchemy courses employ “test in training” techniques. Questions are asked throughout the course as competencies are covered. Alchemy courses require a passing score of 100% and contain optional Remediation questions if you choose to give your training participants additional chances to provide a correct answer. Alchemy courses can be imported through Creator and edited to your own specifications.

Learning Plans which have full Alchemy courses assigned to them are NOT satisfied by the Refresher course, and Learning Plans with Refresher courses assigned to them are NOT satisfied by the full course.
