Facilitator View

Note: Facilitator View is a monitoring tool for live feedback on training progress. It is recommended only for rooms with multiple displays (screens). The below screenshots are from a Windows 10 Desktop.

Using Extended Displays

1. Right click on your desktop and select Display Settings
   
2. Look for the Multiple displays drop down menu. Select Extend these displays
   • Click on the check box next to Make this my main display
   • Click on Apply to put your new settings into effect
     
3. If the settings look appropriate, click on Keep Changes to accept
    

Player Display Settings

1. In Player, go to Admin Settings
2. Select Display Settings
   • Enter password, alchemy, if prompted
3. Select Display 2 from the Show On drop-down menu
4. Select OK to save
   

Player Facilitator View Settings

1. Go back to Admin Settings and select Presentation Options
2. Make sure the box is checked next to Facilitator View, click OK

Facilitator View in a Training

1. When your training begins, the Facilitator View window will appear on your Display 2, it will be blank
2. Click Show/Hide Facilitator View to show it, you will be prompted to put in the administrator password
   
3. To hide the Facilitator View again, click Show/Hide Facilitator View
