Facilitator View is a monitoring tool for live feedback on training progress. It is recommended only for rooms with multiple displays (screens).
Note: The below screenshots are from a Windows 10 Desktop.
Using Extended Displays
- Right click on your desktop and select Display Settings
- Look for the Multiple displays drop down menu. Select Extend these displays
- Click on the check box next to Make this my main display
- Click on Apply to put your new settings into effect
- If the settings look appropriate, click on Keep Changes to accept
Player Display Settings
- In Player, go to Admin Settings
- Select Display Settings
- Enter password, alchemy, if prompted
- Enter password, alchemy, if prompted
- Select Display 2 from the Show On drop-down menu
- Select OK to save
Player Facilitator View Settings
- Go back to Admin Settings and select Presentation Options
- Make sure the box is checked next to Facilitator View, click OK
Facilitator View in a Training
- When your training begins, the Facilitator View window will appear on your Display 2, it will be blank
- Click Show/Hide Facilitator View to show it, you will be prompted to put in the administrator password
- To hide the Facilitator View again, click Show/Hide Facilitator View
