Sign In to Kiosk

Once Kiosk Mode has been turned on, have the user sign in with a keyboard or badge scanner (if installed)

Keyboard

1. Select Language at bottom of screen
2. Type in your Last Name
3. Type in your Employee ID (User ID); ask your supervisor if you do not have your ID
4. Select Sign In
5. Confirm that your information is correct; select Yes or No
   
   

Badge Scanner

1. Select Scan User Badge
2. Scan your badge or ID card
3. Confirm that your information is correct; select Yes or No
4. Select Language at bottom of screen

Select Activities

1. Select the Activities for your session from the left column
   • Only one Playlist or Learning Plan List may be selected at a time
   • Activities cannot be added to or removed from a Playlist
   • If All Courses are available, choose as many activities as you wish
2. Select the Course Panel on the right to Play 
   

Play Activities

1. Navigate the Activity
   1. Most activities advance automatically
   2. Advance non-automated Courses by selecting the arrows at the bottom corner of the page
   3. Provide answers to all questions
      
2. Select the Activity in your Playlist to begin
   • You can highlight a different Activity, if desired
   • An “In Progress” course may be repeated if it displays a Play icon
     

Sign Out

Prepare Player for the next User

Playlist Completed or Exit Early

1. Click Sign Out at the top right of the screen
   
   
2. A warning box will appear, select OK to sign out
