In Player, a list of activities is referred to as a Playlist. A playlist can include courses, tests and evaluations and may be created to allow users to view multiple activities in a training event. This article offers information on a playlists estimated duration, how to add activities to a playlist, how to remove activities, adjust play order and how to save a playlist.
Estimated Duration
Each course may be available in different versions, so the total time can vary. The duration depends on the version you’re viewing. In Player 8.4 and newer, the estimated time shows a range—from the shortest to the longest version—so you have a more accurate idea of how long the course may take.
Adding Activities to a Playlist
- Navigate to the Activities tab.
- To add individual activities, first expand the category to see individual activities by clicking on the
arrow next to the Category.
- Selected activities will appear in the Scheduled Activities listing located on the right side of the screen. To select activities:

Check the box(es) of activities to be added or Click anywhere on the Activity Row to add and remove that activity.
Note: To add entire category, select the box to the left of the category.

Adjust the Order if Activities
In Player, you can adjust the order of activities in both the Activities tab and Play tab. These training activities run sequentially from top to bottom but can be easily adjusted.

Remove Activity from Playlist (two options)
There are two way to remove an activity from the playlist:
From Available Activities
Uncheck the box(es) of activities or Click anywhere on the Activity Row to remove that activity.
From Scheduled Activities
Click on the activity you wish to remove, and then select Remove located on the bottom navigation.
Note: For some systems, you can use the CTRL button and multi-select activities to remove more than one at one time.
Saving a Playlist
If you train with the same set of activities repeatedly, you can save them as a playlist in Player. Note that the saved playlist will only available on the specific Player device where it was created.
- Once all activities have been added, select the Save icon located on the Scheduled Activities bottom menu.
- At the Popup Window, enter the Name of the Playlist, then Save.
- The new playlist will now appear in the Playlists section in Player.
Deleting a Playlist
- Navigate to the Activities tab in Player.
- In the Playlists section, click on the
delete icon next to the playlist you no longer need.
- A warning pop up will appear, select OK.
- The playlist will no longer be available in the Playlists category.
Copying a Playlist
- Navigate to the Activities tab in Player.
- In the Playlists section, click on the
copy icon next to the playlist you would like to copy.
- Enter the name of the copied playlist. Note that you will be required to rename the copy.
- Click Copy.
- The Playlist will now appear in Playlists Category.
Renaming a Playlist
- Navigate to the Activities tab in Player.
- In the Playlists section, click on the
copy icon next to the playlist you would like to rename.
- Enter the new name of the playlist
- Click Rename.
- The Playlist will now appear in Playlists Category.
