Manage a Playlist

Note: A playlist of activities (including courses, tests and evaluations) may be created to allow users to view multiple activities in a series. All steps are shown once Player is launched.

Adding Activities to a Playlist

1. Navigate to the Activities tab
2. To add individual activities, select the Arrow icon next to a Category to expand the Category
3. Check the box(es) of activities to be added
   • To add individual activities, select the box to the right of that activity
   • To add entire category, select the box to the right of the category
4. Selected activities will appear in the Scheduled Activities listing
   

Change Activities Order

1. Select an Activity under Scheduled Activities
2. Once selected, use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to change order
   

Remove Activity from Playlist (two options)

1. From Available Activities, uncheck the box next to the activity you wish to remove, or
2. From Scheduled Activities, select the activity you wish to remove, and select Remove
   

Saving a Playlist

Note: A playlist of activities may be created to allow users to view multiple training activities in a series. All steps are shown once Player is launched.

1. Once all activities have been added, select Save
   
2. Enter the Name of the Playlist
   
3. Click Save Playlist
4. The new playlist will now appear in the Playlists category
   

Deleting a Playlist

Note: A playlist of activities may be created to allow users to view multiple activities in a series. All steps are shown once Player is launched.

1. Identify the playlist you want to delete
2. Click on the Delete Playlist icon to the right of the playlist name
   
3. A warning box will appear; Select OK
4. The playlist will no longer be available in the Playlists category

Copying a Playlist

Note: A playlist of activities may be created to allow users to view multiple activities in a series. All steps are shown once Player is launched.

1. Identify the playlist you want to copy
2. Click on the Copy Playlist icon to the right of the playlist name
   
3. Enter the name of the copied playlist
4. Click Copy
   
5. The Playlist will now appear in Playlists Category 

Renaming a Playlist

Note: A playlist of activities may be created to allow users to view multiple activities in a series. All steps are shown once Player is launched.

1. Identify the playlist you want to rename
2. Click on the Rename Playlist icon to the right of the playlist name
   
3. Enter the new name of the playlist
4. Click Rename
5. The Playlist will now appear in Playlists Category
