The Training Records Report offers filter options so that you can tailor your training data to match your needs. How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select Training Records Report from the list
Filter Options Specific to Training Records Report
Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update based on the filter selections, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
- Select a date range: choose from the custom ranges, or select a start and end date
- Select the worksite of training records being retrieved (multiple worksites can be selected), click APPLY
- Select the Parent Activity (or activities) you want to see in the report
- For the following options, simply check or uncheck the boxes:
- Training Status
- Archived Users
- Validated Users
- Delivery Method
- Once you are satisfied with the adjusted filters, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will refresh with the updated filters and columns, with the settings drawer closed
Column Settings
For detailed descriptions of each column, refer to our Column Descriptions article. Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update with the new filters and columns, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
