How to Download Courses in Player

Note: This is a guide for downloading Courses within Player; this includes Alchemy Courses, Company-Specific (Player) files uploaded through Manager, and courses created in Creator and/or Playbook.

Download Course

1. 1. From the main tab, select the Download icon, then select Download on the Administrative settings pop-up box
      
   2. Once the Sync Status is complete, select Next
      
   3. Click the blue arrows next to the course(s) that you need in the Download Courses window, or select Download All
      • Use the language filter to view courses in a specific language
      • Use the search to filter the list by Course Name or Category
   4. Close the download window
      • Course downloads will continue in the background
   5. A status bar will display in the lower right corner with the progress of the course downloads
      • Once all courses have been downloaded, the progress bar will disappear 
        

The newly downloaded course(s) will now be available in the Activities tab in Player.
