The download function allows you to pull any new user, course, or client information into Player. As a best practice, perform a download every time you launch Player.
Download Updates
- Click the Admin Settings button located toward the top left corner of the screen
- In the Records and Media Management Section, click Download
- Select the types of updates you would like to download
- The Users option will download any new users that have been entered into Manager and existing user data
- The Activity List option will download any activity lists, tests, evaluations, and learning plans from Alchemy Manager
- The Available Course Media option will check for available course media, both Alchemy or company-specific
- Click Download, a message will appear indicating the status of the download
- Updates for users and Courseware will be downloaded first
- If Available Course Media is also selected to download updates, click Next to download the updates
- The download window will refresh to display a list of the Available Course Media materials available
- Press the download symbol next to each item you would like to download
- Click the Download All button to download all available activities
- Click Close when finished
