Note: The roster provides you with instant access to the training records in Player within a specific date range
How To Download a Roster
- Click on Admin Settings located toward the top-left corner of the screen
- In the Records and Media Management Section, click the Roster button
- Enter the Player Administrator password to access the reporting feature
- Select the start and end date
- A window will appear allowing you to designate the name and location to which you would like to save the report
- Click Save
Another way to Access the Roster
- Navigate to the Main Tab of Player
- Under the Training Records Activity listing, select the click here link
- The process for generating the report will be the same
