Playbook course drafts are easily accessible and editable for those with Playbook admin access to worksites the course is enabled for. There are two places to edit Playbook course drafts, in Manager and in Playbook. Once a course has been published, it can only be edited in Manager. This article discusses how to edit published and draft courses in Manager. For details on editing in the app, refer to How to Edit Playbook Courses in Playbook.
Note: Once a course is created, it can only be viewed and edited by a Manager Admin who supervises the worksite. This ensures stronger content governance and collaboration at the worksite level, keeping drafts focused and secure until they are ready to be published.
